הליך התעדת הייבוא לפדרציה הרוסית

המוצרים שעבורם נדרשים תווי תקן חייבים לקבלם לפני שהם חוצים את גבולותיה של רוסיה. אם ליצרן הזר ישנם תווי תקן ממדינת הייצור (תו יצרן), מומלץ להציגם בפני מרכז ההתעדה הרוסי.

אם בין מדינת היבוא לבין הפדרציה הרוסית קיים הסכם דו-צדדי בדבר הכרה באישורים המעידים על איכות המוצר ובפרוטוקולים של בדיקות מעבדה, הדבר עשוי לפשט בהרבה את הליך ההתעדה ברוסיה.

אם תו היצרן התקבל מידי גוף שעבר הסמכה של גוׂסְסטָנדָרט (רוֹססטנדרט), אז תו התקן הרוסי יכול להתקבל על בסיס התו הזר ללא בדיקות נוספות. במקרה כזה היצרן יקבל תעודת הכרה בתו תקן. הגופים הזרים שעברו הסמכה רוסית הם בין היתר “TSE” טורקיה, “DEMKO” דנמרק, “Stiftung Warentest” גרמניה, “KEMA” הולנד ועוד.

תו התקן הרוסי שמתקבל עבור יצרן זר, והוא למעשה תו יצרן, מאשר להכניס לגבולות רוסיה סחורה שמיועדת למספר יבואנים רוסים. במקרה כזה כמות הסחורה אינה מוגבלת בגבולות של חוזה אחד. תו תקן כזה תקף עד 3 שנים.

אם קיבלתם תו תקן עבור חוזה אחד עם יבואן או עבור משלוח אחד, במשלוח הבא מאותו יצרן ולאותו יבואן תידרשו לתו תקן חדש. תוקפו של תו תקן כזה הוא מקסימום לשנה אחת. ללא אישור חדש, המשלוח הבא לא יורשה לחצות את גבולות רוסיה.
