Tulekahju Vastavussertifikaat

Tuleohutus tunnistus – ametlik dokument, mis tõendab asjaolu, et toode vastab kõikidele nõuetele tema ohutuse. Venemaal on olemas spetsiaalne kaupade loetelu (Federal Law number 123 22.iyulya 2008, artikkel 146), mis tingimata peab koostama tulekahju vastavussertifikaat. Kui toode ei ole nimekirjas, saab väljastanud tuleohutuse täitmise vabatahtlikkuse alusel. Saamise kord vabatahtlik vahend on praktiliselt identne protsessi registreerimise kohustuslikuks tulekahju tõend. Paljud tootjad eelistavad teha vabatahtlikku tuleohutuse sertifikaat konkurentsieeliseid oma toodete kohta.

Algoritm tulekahju sertifitseerimine

Sertifitseerimine tuleohutuse toimub territooriumil Vene riik vastavalt tehnilistele eeskirjadele. Et saada sellist dokumenti nagu tulekahju vastavussertifikaadi sertifitseerimisasutus koos akrediteerimise Emergency ministeeriumi ettepaneku esitada teatud dokumendid. See võib koosneda erinevate väärtpaberite arv, sõltuvalt tooterühma. Siiski on mitmed kohustuslikud dokumendid:

Toodete spetsifikaatidele;
Taotlus;
Asutamine ja registreerimine dokumendid;
Tehniline dokumentatsioon kauba eest (joonistused, pass või ehitustoote kirjeldus ühik).
Nõuda lisatõendeid omandi tootmise ruumi, rendileping nende rajatiste, koodid statistika, andmed taotleja.

Pärast arhiveerida dokumente, sertifitseerimisasutuse läbiviimise hindamine tuleohutuse tooteid, teostab proovide kaupa. Tulemused korral tuleks kindlaks määrata teo pärast proovi võtmist. Siis kõik kogutud proove analüüsitakse laborites akrediteerimise. Pärast uuringuid protokoll on aluseks väljastamise tulekahju tõend. Kui valitud sertifitseerimine annab kontrollimine tootmise ja menetlus on läbi viidud. Pärast teeme kõik eespool nimetatud meetmed (kui see on positiivne uuringud), saadetakse taotlejale tõendi tuleohutuse järgimist.

Märkus katsetulemuste

Kogu menetlus tulekahju sertifitseerimine on üsna kallis. Hõivata suure osa kuludest on katsenäidistele. Sõltuvalt toote keerukuse määrab uurimise meetodid, ja seega kulude kontrollimist.

Protseduuri käigus tooted testitud järgmised omadused:

Süttivus;
leegiga, mille kiirus;
süttivus;
jaotamise toksiliste ainete põlemisel;
hapnikutarbimine põlemisel.

Kõik need omadused ja kui suur on nende täitmine tingimata kajastuma katseprotokollis. Vaatamata asjaolule, et sellised andmed kajastuvad tulekahju tõend, nende kohalolek protokolli vastavalt vajadusele.

Kui kontrollitakse tuleohutuse toodete või ühe toote partii, kontrollida tootmise vajalik. Seda saab teha ilma teadmisi tootmise, kui tootja väljastatud vastavussertifikaadi ISO 9001.

Registreerimise tähtaeg dokumendi, nagu näiteks tulekahju vastavustunnistus, olenevalt tootest, tuleb kontrollida tootmist ja rakendamist testid.
