Ekspertarvamus Rospotrebnadzor

Kuni viimase ajani oli Venemaal sellist dokumenti nagu sanitaar-epidemioloogilist sõlmimist (EMT). On olemas selline dokument, mis tõendab sanitaar-epidemioloogilist ja tervisega seotud teemad.

Kuna ta jõustus Liit: Käesolev dokument on tühistatud. Nüüd kinnituse tervis tooteohutus on registreerimistunnistus.

Pärast tühistamist SEZ oli vaadata kaupade loetelu tuleb kinnitada hügieeni toote vastavust. Palju erinevaid tooteid on sellest loendist välja jätta. Kuid paljud tootjad plaanivad osaleda pakkumistel ja sooviksin kinnitada oma toodete ohutuse, kohalt sanitaar-epidemioloogilist normidele. Põhjuseks on see, et ilma kinnitades kvaliteedi ja ohutuse toote dokumentatsiooni, firma on ebatõenäoline, et oleks võimalik toota kõrge riskiastmega toodete vedu raudteel ja saada tulus riigile leping.

Sel juhul olukorda lahendada saab Ekspertarvamus Rospotrebnadzor. Käesolev dokument on võimalik saada ainult vabatahtlikkuse alusel. Ekspertarvamus võib korraldada ka Rospotrebnadzor ja tema piirkondlikud osakonnad. Dokumendi kehtivusaeg ei ole piiratud ja on aktiivne kõigis tolliliidu.

Üldiselt protsessi arvamuse saamist kord on sama kujundus erimajandustsooni. On oluline märkida, et hageja rolli dokumendi paigutus võib ainult vene firma. Isegi juhul, kui projekt on paber on välismaise tootja algatatud täitmise dokument oleks Vene firma, mis on kirjas ekspertarvamuses.

See dokument, ekspertarvamus, saab täita ainult üks kord tehakse kõik laboratoorsed testid tootenäidiseid, ja kas tulemused on positiivsed. Ekspertarvamus kinnitab asjaolu, et tooted vastavad kõigi sanitaar-ja epidemioloogilise ja hügieeninõuetele.

See on kohustuslik ekspertiisiakt Rospotrebnadzor sisaldab järgmisi andmeid:

aeg ja koht eksperthinnangute abil; teavet eksperdi või ekspertide komitee uurimist teostav, samuti identiteedi asutuse eksperthinnang; aluseks eksperthinnangute.

See on muutunud üsna populaarne vahend eksperdiarvamuse Rospotrebnadzor, hoolimata asjaolust, et see on tehtud vabatahtlikult.
